Get Stuck In

Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or improve stength and endurance levels, we have a wide variety of sessions to achieve your goals in a friendly environment and with trainers that give your motivation a helping hand.

A slower paced class using light weights: focussing on technique to improve muscular condition and create definition.

A true sweat out... A mix of bodyweight and equipment based exercises to build speed, strength, power and agility.

A non contact boxing circuit class emulating training techniques used by the pros. Primarily aimed at fitness.
